WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who can accept and process consignments, help shoppers find what they need and check out customers. We want someone who is friendly, preferably has customer service experience and has proficient computer skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Greeting customers and consignors

Answering the phone to schedule appointments and answer questions about our consignment process

Taking in clothes on consignment

Inspecting clothes for stains, holes, etc

Researching brands and pricing items

Inputting merchandise into our consignment software

Tagging merchandise

Getting dressing rooms for customers and helping them find what they need

Checking customers out on POS

Some social media work may be required

Part time (3-5 days a week)

Friendly personality

Excellent communication skills

Proficient computer skills

Detail oriented

Punctual

Eye for style preferred

Some understanding of fashion brands

Able to stand for majority of a shift
