Bottom Drawer Consignment Terms
Bottom Drawer Consignment Boutique accepts women's clothing, handbags, shoes, and accessories. We accept mid-tier brands such as J. Crew, Talbots, Ann Taylor, etc. to luxury designers including Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci and more. Please call us with any brand questions.
We take consignments by appointment Monday - Friday between the hours of 10:30 and 3:30. You may schedule your appointment online or you may call the store at 405.848.6111.
All items must be in mint condition, no older than 2 years, and brought in on non returnable hangers (if you need some we are happy to provide you with some prior to your appointment). The only exceptions to age are classic luxury brands, and are at our sole discretion. All luxury goods must include authentication. If none is provided, items are subject to authentication for a fee. Original receipts, dust bags, booklets/cards, boxes and/or packaging, etc. are appreciated and may help the item sell faster and possibly at a higher price. Before you visit the boutique, please inspect items one last time, including items that have been worn 'only once'. Check underarms, crotches, pockets, buttons, zippers, etc...because we definitely will! We are very selective and reserve the right to decline any item at anytime.
Acceptance and pricing of all articles will be at the discretion of the Bottom Drawer, including any necessary reductions.
All articles will be on sale for a 90 day term. Once consigned, items must remain on the floor for the full 90 day term. The profit will be split 60/40 (store receiving 60% and the consignor receiving 40%) for any items sold below $500 during the 90 day term. For items sold above $500, there will be a 50/50 split. There is a 7 day window immediately following the 90 day term in which any unsold items may be picked up by the consignor. Any articles not picked up during the 7 day window will become property of the Bottom Drawer. If you would like to pick up any unsold items, it is YOUR responsibility to contact the Bottom Drawer at the end of your 90 day term. We will not notify you regarding the end of your term. We ask that you PLEASE put a reminder on your calendar. We will not hold your items past the 7 day window.
Payments are made by the 15th of each month for the prior months sales. Payments will not be issued for balances of less than $20.00. Balances less than $20.00 will be carried over to the next month. There is a $1.50 service charge for each payment issued.
